As such, we strive to develop a strong, professional attorney/client relationship with each client. We do this by working diligently on our clients’ behalf, keeping them timely informed of important developments in their cases, and zealously advocating on their behalf. All the while, we remain cognizant of our clients’ goals and structure our representation to achieve those goals. Personal Touch One of our goals is to provide our clients with the personal touch of a smaller law firm while delivering the same quality and results of larger, metropolitan law firms. We treat all of our clients with the same dignity and respect that we would expect for ourselves if the roles were reversed. We take the time necessary to learn not only about the particular facts of each case, but also about the unique characteristics of each client. At some firms, clients oftentimes are not able to speak with their attorney, but instead are relegated to speaking to a paralegal or staff member. Experience We have more than 30 years of combined legal experience in a multitude of different legal genres and venues. The attorneys of this firm have litigated in state courts, military courts, and federal courts. This experience has taught our attorneys that most legal disputes are settled prior to trial. Thus, in most cases, the success or failure of a case is largely dependent on the work performed during the pretrial process. Over the years, our attorneys have gained invaluable experience in the pretrial process by investigating cases, filing discovery, participating in mediations/depositions, and negotiating creative settlements for our clients. Sometimes, however, a case cannot be resolved satisfactorily without a trial. In that situation, our attorneys have the training and experience necessary to take that case to trial and effectively present and argue the evidence to the judge or jury.
