Founded by John and Chasity Nicoll, the firm is quickly establishing its reputation as a superior provider of legal services in Middle and Eastern Tennessee. Although our practice is mainly focused on criminal and civil litigation in the state and federal courts of Tennessee, we also provide various other legal services to our clients. Our goal is to provide the personal touch of a small firm while delivering the same quality and results of bigger metropolitan firms. We believe that the foundation of our practice is the attorney/client relationship. As such, we strive to develop a strong, professional attorney/client relationship with each client. We do this by working diligently on our clients’ behalf, keeping them timely informed of important developments in their cases, and zealously advocating on their behalf. All the while, we remain cognizant of our clients’ goals and structure our representation to achieve those goals.
